Every new client at TNXL Baseball must go through an Evaluation. During this Evaluation, the player and parent(s) will meet with Brian Martinez who will outline the guidelines for working out at Next Level. The player will also spend 30 minutes with an instructor who will give feedback and form a baseline for future goals.

BIO MECHANICAL AND THROWING PROGRAM

TNXL Baseball's Throwing Program is widely considered one of the top arm strengthening and bio-mechanical programs in the country. Pitchers and position players alike can benefit from the throwing program. Players will focus during the first 30 minutes on arm strengthening exercises including band work, weighted med balls, core exercises, and more. The second 30 minutes is spent working on the bio-mechanics of throwing: learning to maximize the efficiency and power in your delivery/throw.
